If you are a US Resident you would be better off robbing a bank while holding a sign with all your personal information on it compared to messing with the I.R.S.
Don't mess with the IRS.. They couldn't get Capone on illegal activities but they did throw him in jail (7 years) for tax evasion. They will eventually find out and it will cost you your winnings and more.
On the bright side you may meet that special someone in prison.
