While it is true that Paypal will not allow you to directly deposit into an online gambling account there is a way around this. First you sign up for an AllAccess prepaid VISA card from netspend at http://GamblingReviewsSite.com/NetSpendCard.php Then you can register your netspend card as a bank account and load money to and from the card via your paypal account. You load your AllAccess VISA with your paypal account and then deposit via the prepaid card on your favorite gaming site! It really works!
Paypal doesnt allow transactions to gambling sites. You can however play at USA welcome sites such as the ones listed at http://www.bettingwise.com/usagamblingsites.html
but you must deposit with something else.
As the first answerer said you could open an All Access Visa card through netspend.com, but that will cost you around $15 and two weeks of processing "one week to get the card and one week for paypal to fund it" you would be better off just using your patpal account elsewhere, or just cashing it out and you can buy an All Access card at your local grocery store and use it immediately, netspend.com will give you a listing of stores that carry it in your local area, if you want any more info. on US players deposit/withdraw options, reviews or some great bonus offers check out one of my sites.
