Normal human adult heart rate is 60–100 bpm. Lower if you are an athlete. Average is around 70 something. Its only when its over 100 bpm at rest when its considered tachycardia..
Mine can go over 120 if I eat Chinese food. I have yet to figure out why. My average is about 75.
ARE YOU ON ANY MEDICATION, or are you taking coffee, or tobacco, if no to these, are you tensed up or having anxiety, these could cause the rise. but if there are no other symptoms, that level is not too bad, some atheletes usually have something above that number
