A couple of guys at work and me are always making off the wall bets over football games.Example: having to wear the losing teams jersey or yell out that you love a certain team. Well I have female co-worker who wants to make a bet with me also, what is an appropriate bet for her.

If she wants to join in, why should it be any different unless you are TRYING to flirt?
You can bet her that either loser has to make a homemade tshirt that says I wish I was as cool as _____ and wear it to work at lunch...permitting that you wont get fired for it!
