Curlin would so do it. He is the oldest of the four and he is most experienced and he is just a super horse that is the Secretariat of the 21st century.
I'm going to go against the crowd and say Big Brown. I've never been much of a Curlin fan, and I still think that Brown is awesome. He may have lost the Belmont, but hey--Curlin lost his to a filly.
Curlin. He's 3 for 4 at that distance (Jockey Club Gold Cup, Breeder's Cup Classic, Dubai World Cup). His worst finish at that distance was 3rd (2007 Kentucky Derby). In all 4 races he carried more than 120 lbs.
Curlin's time in the Breeder's Cup was 2:00.59 on a sloppy track, Jockey Club Gold Cup time was 2:01.20. He won the Dubai World Cup by the largest margin in World Cup history with a still unofficial time of 2:00:15.
Big Brown's only 1 1/4 mile win was in 2:01.82. Pyro came in 8th in his one race at that distance. Casino Drive hasn't even raced around two turns yet.
And Curlin has never finished worst than third in 12 races.
