Same as your car being stolen from the Mall parking lot. Your insurance company has the only liability.

You park at your own risk anywhere. Talk to your insurance company

No one but you is required to provide security for your car. You parked it there, it's your problem.

They might have camera surverliance though. I would ask when you file your police report.

Usually there are signs in the parking lots (malls, grocery stores, casinos) that say the are not liable for anything done to your car or possessions.

The only claim you can file is with your insurance company.

You dont have car insurance...this is why people have car insurance..I guess you will have to sum it up as a learning experience.

Only with your own insurance company. Why would the casino be liable? They allowed you to park on their property they didn't agree to babysit your car.
think about it. If they were liable then someone else would always be liable when a car was stolen, the grocery, the theatre, the city if the car had been parked on the street.

It is up to a driver to ensure their vehicle. A Casino is not responsible for your lost or stolen possession, nor is anybody but you!

If you lost you purse in the casino would they be responsible to replace it?

If you were mugged on the street would the city be responsible to replace your stolen goods?

It happened on their property, granted, however it is your car. It is your responsibility to have it insured and it is your responsibility to make sure it is secured.

If cars have been stolen or vandlised at the car park before and no rectification actions have been taken to ensure a safer car park or to provide signage that criminals target the area you could prove them to be at least partially liable as they have been aware of a problem you haven't been warned of.
