About 5-7 years ago much stricter rules came in about this. The casinos were getting hit with very stiff penalties if they were caught allowing minors to gamble. In fact, the gaming commision even sends in minors to attempt to gamble, and if they are not carded the casinos can be fined millions even on their first offense.
21 years old. No ifs ands or buts about it..believe me...many have tried. and this is my way I justify waiting if you're not 21. You can possibly get away with hitting a slot if you're under 21...BUT let's say you win something big...like the jackpot...and then they find out you're under 21...you don't get to collect. I mean your chances of that happening is real slim, but hey...it could happen..and that'd be the worse thing in the world IMO. Imagine it...oh wow...you won $5 million dollars...let me take your id for tax purposes...oh wait you're only 18...sorry bub i gotta escort you out of the casino and you cannot legally win this prize. Just wait...and if you're 18..hit up the indian casinos around your city..those are 18+ casinos.
