Tipping is primarily an American custom. While I agree that foreign travelers (from anywhere and to anywhere) should spend some time trying to learn some of the customs of the country they are visiting, you can't really expect them to tip when it isn't done in their own country.
Asians don't tip. In japan, tips are included automatically in the bill, so when they come here, they think it's being taken care of. In Korea, there is no tipping culture. If you leave money on the table, odds are the waitress will run after you and give it back. Chinese people are just cheap.
also, just brainstorming here, americans tend to think that luck emanates from the person dealing, or the person dealing is helping them against the common enemy, e.g. the cards, which is why you have americans asking for their "favorite dealer" and considering some dealers luckier than others.
in asian thinking, luck emanates from celestial bodies, lucky rituals, and inanimate objects. numbers, for example, are considered especially lucky. if they hit a big jackpot, they are probably more likely to thank Buddha or their ancestors than the person in front of them. This type of thought probably comes from the I-Ching, the Asian form of astrology, where by calculating your birth year, date, and time, they think that your entire life is already pre-destined, and any deviation from this is through divine intervention.
cause they lost alot of money the night before and are holding a grudge against all the dealers that took their money and they are greedy and down right mean, not to mention most of them dont know how to play blackjack to begin with
