does anybody know if thier US state where the minimum gambli

I noticed lots of states the age is 21 and was wondering if thier are any places in where the gambling age is younger.

Also I want to know if anyone knows who sets the age limit.

It is legal to play the lottery at 18 in almost every state in the US. It is determined by the state level congresses.

No, but if you are near Detroit you could shoot up to Windsor Canada and gamble there.

Here in NY, you can start gambling at 18, meaning lottery tickets and scratch cards. I don't think you can gamble with slot machines, or at the poker table until you're 21 cause when I go to Atlantic City, they don't allow me inside the gambling area -- I'm 18.
