Make him wear a sexy thong and tight leather pants (or girl skinny jeans) and for the top i say the tightest sluttyest thing possible!
Or you could always just make him wear a male stripper outfit... thats fun too... good luck finding one!
Okay the first thing to do is shave off his body hair - legs, arms, chest...etc. Then cover his eyebrows...doing this by taking a bar of soap and wetting it a little. Brushing the soap over his brows in the direction of the hair to flatten them down. Once dry, covering them with cover-up and powdering his face. Once dry, draw in very thin high arched brows with black liquid liner.
Add blue eyeshadow, black liquid eyeliner, curl his lashes, and then add black mascara. Go with a pink blush and top it off with bright red lipstick.
For clothes, make him put on a black corset and a black thong. Attach the garters on the corset to black fishnet stockings and then slip him into a black spandex tube dress. Add a pair of black 5" pumps. Go with a long blond wig and clip on hoop earrings. Add 1 flat bone chain, a dab of perfume and head off to your local nail salon. When you get to the salon tell the ladies you want a full set of acrylic nails for him and have them color them with OPI's "Chick Flick Cherry".
